One easy way is exercise. Just plain running works great. But I have found if you really want to relieve stress and you are dealing with things like anxiety; punching something like a pillow or punching bag, or get someone you know well enough and spar with them. Other than that I have found that just lying down and looking at the sky for like 15 to 20 minutes each day really relieves any stress build up I have.

My stress-relief methods are a bit weird, but I find it useful to bite things. Anything. Including my own arms, sometimes... it's actually surprising that I've never been hurt by it.

Squeezing a soft thing like a stuffed animal or a stress ball helps too...

And petting my cat sometimes works.

My method is to watch the weather even if it snows,rain,or in any condition makes you
feel better somehow.
