3 hours long per test here.

Have them from May 31 - June 3rd. Luckily, we get a dead week this time, which was better than last semester when we were hacking 60-page reports out the same week we had to cram for exams.

Exams should being really easy this time round compared to last semester when we had to take all four in one 6 hour day. Good luck on your crazy long tests V.

Thanks Darre. Fortunately, due to my high grades I can still get A's even if I get 80's on them. Hopefully that won't be the case, though.

I've got about a week and a half until ours start, and I have a few borderline grades. Honors Chemistry, Band ( :( ), and Spanish and Health are getting a bit too close too.

what Erik said ^^^

but really, Texas has these pathetic state tests that we take every year for subjects and all we have to do is pass it and we get exempted from that subject.

Our state tests are pretty pathetic too, but the finals are set by the teachers... and they're generally MUCH harder than the SOLs. Certainly we don't get a bye for passing... even pass-perfect.

Oh, no, Juli. There's "Pass," which is impossible NOT to get. Then there's "Pass Advanced" where you can only miss only like anywhere from 3-10 questions. Me? I've never passed less than advanced on a Reading or writing, and I've never gotten it on a Math one. :/

I've never gotten less than pass-advanced on an SOL either... but today in World History we learned about the concept of "pass-perfect" when I got such on the 2007 released test we were taking for practice.
